Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound phone calls, marketing leads, sales pipeline regarding payroll services.
- Qualify leads by understanding business needs, employee count, and current payroll processes.
- Present payroll solutions and value propositions tailored to each prospect’s needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations (phone, web-based, or video conference) to showcase platform features.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate CRM documentation.
- Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets, conversation rates, and activity metrics.
- Stay current on payroll compliance, tax, regulations, and HR technology trends to provide informed guidance.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- 1-3 years of Inside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management experience (preferably in Payroll, HR, SaaS, or Financial Services).
- Strong communication and active listening skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a consultative sales environment.
- Experience handling inbound leads and managing multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g, Salesforce, Gong) and virtual presentation tools.
- Knowledge of payroll processes, HR solutions, and/or related services is a strong plus.
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure.
