Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Client Relationship Advisor in Human Capital Management SaaS. The HCM Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, creating and delivering sales presentations, and developing sales strategies. The role will involve regularly interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with the company’s human capital management products and services. The individual will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and reporting on sales performance.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in sales, particularly in SaaS or HCM solutions
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
