With U.S.-based operational headquarters in Southfield, Michigan, Auria operates 16 manufacturing, 9 technical and 5 JV locations across 10 countries and employs approximately 3,900 people worldwide. We are currently searching for Production Supervisor to join our team at our Fremont Plant in Fremont, Ohio.What you will do:
- Supervision of hourly employees and scheduling of labor
- Ensures safety, quality, housekeeping, and production activities and objectives are being met.
- Ensures that all equipment and material necessary to perform the job effectively and safely are in place.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to quality, production, safety, cost control, and employee relations.
- Any additional reasonable request deemed necessary by management.

- Requires 3-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a union environment
- Working knowledge of a unionized workforce desired
- Able to work well in a team environment

- Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
