Job Description
You will be working with motivated, talented engineers and developers to produce applications built using Unreal Engine that will be used by internal and external customers. You will be helping to develop and deploy cutting-edge simulation tools for missile defense and hypersonic vehicle applications.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include working with Blueprints to develop custom applications with Unreal Engine. You will be developing and documenting new Blueprints to solve emerging needs and updating existing Blueprints to enhance application quality and efficiency. You will need to be able to understand algorithms and how to translate them into Unreal Engine Blueprints. The Blueprint utility functions you develop will be leveraged across all of our projects.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience desired
- Education or experience with Unreal may be considered in lieu of work history
- Advanced skills Unreal Blueprints
- Understands how to implement modular user interface widgets using Unreal Engine
- BS in Software Engineering or related field
- Experience using version control (git)
- Abiltiy to obtain Secret Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Matlab and Simulink
- Federated Sim Experience (DIS or HLA)
- Design or Modeling Experience using Unreal
- VR/AR/MR (XR) skills
- Quest, Magic leap, or HTC Vive Pro experience is a plus
- Missile defense experience
- Rest API experience for Cesium and Unreal development
- Experience with Unreal Engine’s animation tools
- Unity experience
