We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a dynamic HR team and play a key role in supporting the full recruitment lifecycle. In this role, you will work closely with HR professionals, hiring managers, and candidates to coordinate recruiting activities, manage recruiting systems, and ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding process across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate recruiting activities including job postings, interview scheduling, offer preparation, and onboarding support
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within HR systems such as Oracle and ADP
• Support sourcing and recruitment efforts across multiple departments and disciplines
• Track candidate progress and job requisitions while maintaining organized recruiting documentation
• Collaborate with hiring managers to promote best practices and fair hiring processes
• Manage onboarding coordination through Jira and ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization
• Maintain relationships with recruiting partners, universities, and external vendors
• Support HR programs across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, development initiatives, and engagement programs
• Assist with HR system troubleshooting and coordination with IT when necessary
Qualifications
• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR coordination
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze and manage recruiting data
• Experience creating professional materials using Canva
• Experience with Oracle Recruitment Cloud is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
