We are partnering with a leading wealth management organization to identify an experienced Senior Project Manager to support strategic initiatives across its financial planning technology ecosystem.


In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders, financial planning teams, operations stakeholders, and subject matter experts to evaluate, optimize, and enhance key planning platforms. The individual selected will play a critical role in driving initiatives focused on improving advisor and client experiences while helping the organization maximize the value of its financial planning technology investments.


The ideal candidate brings a combination of project management expertise, wealth management industry knowledge, and direct hands-on experience working with eMoney and related financial planning platforms.


Required Skills & Experience


• 5 years of Project Management experience leading complex business and technology initiatives

• Direct hands-on experience with eMoney within a wealth management, RIA, broker-dealer, or financial planning environment

• Experience leading eMoney implementations, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, or optimization initiatives

• Strong understanding of financial planning workflows, advisor processes, and client engagement models

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects involving business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology partners

• Experience gathering business requirements, facilitating stakeholder discussions, managing project plans, and driving successful delivery

• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working within wealth management, financial planning, advisor services, or broker-dealer organizations


Preferred Skills & Experience


• Experience with additional financial planning platforms such as MoneyGuidePro, RightCapital, or similar solutions

• Background supporting enterprise technology transformation or digital modernization initiatives

• Experience evaluating and improving operational processes, workflows, and platform utilization

• Familiarity with advisor-facing and client-facing financial planning tools

• Experience collaborating with financial planners, advisors, operations leaders, and executive stakeholders

• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications


What Success Looks Like


• Quickly establish credibility with business leaders, financial planning teams, and internal stakeholders

• Successfully assess the current state of the organization's financial planning technology landscape and identify opportunities for enhancement

• Lead strategic initiatives that improve adoption, utilization, and effectiveness of eMoney and related planning platforms

• Drive projects from initial discovery through implementation while maintaining alignment across stakeholders

• Improve efficiency, scalability, and advisor experience through technology and process improvements

• Deliver measurable business value through well-executed project management and stakeholder engagement


Key Responsibilities


• Lead strategic projects involving financial planning technology platforms

• Partner with internal SMEs to understand current-state processes, capabilities, and opportunities for improvement

• Facilitate project planning, requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, and execution activities

• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, communications, and project deliverables

• Collaborate across business, operations, and technology teams to ensure successful outcomes

• Support the evaluation, enhancement, and optimization of financial planning technology solutions

• Provide leadership and structure throughout the project lifecycle


Important: Direct eMoney experience is a core requirement for this position. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the platform's functionality, advisor workflows, and business use cases within a wealth management environment.
