Aurelio's has been a Chicago staple for 66 years. We have one location in Naples and one in Estero that opened last month.
Our guests, literally, drive hundreds of miles everyday for our pizza, subs, salads, pastas and appetizers. This is not your typical Pizza Place. We are fanatical about the beauty and perfection of our products, the cleanliness of the store and the strong relationships we build with every single guest and the community at large.

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Supervisor to lead our dynamic food service team. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will drive team performance, optimize operational efficiency, and foster a welcoming environment that encourages growth and excellence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of staff management and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee shift operations including staff management.
- Ensure that all staff members follow health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
- Ensure that the restaurant is clean, organized, and maintained according to health and safety regulations.
- Other duties as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and restaurant policies
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
