Warehouse Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking Warehouse Technicians / Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory, material handling, and light assembly.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of warehouse experience and 6 months of forklift operating experience. Driving/forklift experience is preferred; training on packing and other warehouse functions can be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, count, label, and ship warehouse materials and parts.
• Load and unload trucks and move materials safely throughout the warehouse.
• Perform order picking, stockkeeping, cycle counting, export packing, crating, and wrapping.
• Perform light assembly by following drawings, instructions, and established procedures.
• Operate forklifts, RF scanners, and other material-handling equipment.
• Use Oracle and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory and warehouse activities.
• Use PC applications and RF picking systems.
• Read and interpret pick tickets, packing instructions, safety alerts, and other work communications.
• Maintain accurate inventory and a clean, organized work area.
• Follow all safety, quality, productivity, and attendance requirements.
• Work effectively with team members and support other warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• 6 months of forklift driving experience.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Ability to learn new equipment, processes, and skills.
• Basic computer/PC experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work overtime or a flexible schedule when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift Certification.
• Experience with Oracle or equivalent ERP/WMS systems.
• Experience with RF scanners and RF picking.
• Previous material handling or light assembly experience.
• Valid driving/forklift operating experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout the workday.
• Regularly lift and move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate mobile warehouse equipment.
• Ability to use hand tools and perform manual/dexterous tasks.
• Ability to wear required PPE.
• Reliable daily attendance and ability to work effectively with coworkers.
