To achieve this, we partner with telecommunications companies to offer quality and affordable connectivity options via our community outreach and activation events where we meet customers face-to-face to promote our services.
As we are expanding in the Bay area we are actively hiring for Bilingual Sales Associates who are comfortable communicating with customers in both Spanish and English languages and able to work in a fast-paced event and customer-facing environments. This Bilingual Sales Associates position is an in-person, field-based position where you will work in assigned event locations, speak with community members face-to-face to promote product and service options and secure activation on-site.
As a Bilingual Sales Associate, your duty will be to build genuine rapport with diverse customers in communities, assess their service needs and assist them to make the most appropriate wireless solutions plans fit for their lifestyle and specific budgets.
Your Responsibilities as a Bilingual Sales Associate:
- Interact directly with customers at community events sales environment to promote wireless and phone services
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to build rapport, actively listen to their service needs and recommend the best solution
- Help customers through the full enrolment process ensuring that they receive the best customer experience
- Accurately document your sales leads and customer interactions to allow for seamless tracking
- Work with your fellow Bilingual Sales Associates team to strategize on sales directions, share experiences and support each other to achieve team goals
- Represent Auralink professionally and ethically
What we look for in a Bilingual Sales Associate:
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles beneficial but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport and trust with customers quickly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem Solving mindset
- Reliable transportation
Pay: $900.00 - $1,200.00 per week
