The Opportunity
As a Customer Sales Representative, you’ll work in person at community outreach events and local retail environments throughout the Bay Area, speaking directly with customers about telecom products and services. You’ll learn how to build rapport, explain solutions clearly, and help residents find plans that fit their needs.

What You’ll Do as a Customer Sales Representative:
- Represent our telecommunications client by actively selling wireless products and services during face-to-face outreach and enrollment events
- Enroll eligible individuals into wireless services while delivering confident, competitive presentations
- Own customer interactions from first approach to completed enrollment as a Customer Sales Representative
- Hit daily and weekly enrollment targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting
- Execute outreach strategies designed to maximize conversions and event success
- Track results, measure performance, and continuously improve closing techniques
- Collaborate with leadership to sharpen sales strategies and exceed benchmarks
