Role: Travel Respiratory Therapist
Responsibilities: Provide advanced respiratory care, assess, treat, and monitor patients with pulmonary and critical conditions, develop treatment plans with physicians, perform diagnostic tests, administer therapies, operate equipment, and educate patients and families. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care and perform duties within scope of practice.
Qualifications: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential, valid license, at least one year recent experience, current BLS certification. Preferred certifications include ACLS or PALS.
Skills & Abilities: Critical thinking, excellent communication, physical strength to handle equipment, interpersonal skills, technical dexterity, ability to work under pressure, and visual acuity.
Key Duties: Patient assessment, therapy administration, equipment setup, documentation, team collaboration, and patient education.
