Role Overview

A travel Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing and providing rehabilitative care to patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to achieve patient goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients' medical conditions and functional capabilities.
• Establish and administer treatment programs aligned with physician directives.
• Set realistic, achievable goals and document patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on physical therapy methods.

Qualifications & Skills

• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification.
• Graduation from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience.
• Current state license or active application process.
