Sterilization Technician II/III

We are seeking a dedicated Sterilization Tech II/III to join our team in Metairie, LA. In this role, you will be responsible for the cleaning, sterilization, and proper packaging of surgical instruments and medical devices to ensure patient safety and compliance with industry standards.

• Perform thorough cleaning, sterilization, and packaging of surgical instruments using established protocols and sterilization equipment.
• Inspect instruments for damage or defects, ensuring all items meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes, equipment maintenance, and inventory.
• Adhere to infection control policies and safety guidelines at all times.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of sterilization supplies.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure timely availability of sterile instruments for procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with sterilization techniques and industry regulations.
