We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Clinical Nurse (RN) Float Pool to provide exceptional patient care across various departments in Kansas City, KS.

In this role, you will

• Flexibly float between departments based on staffing needs, demonstrating versatility and quick adaptation
• Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate treatment effectiveness

• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions
