- Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly.
- Perform procedures, monitor, and document care accurately.
- Administer medications, monitor responses, and respond to adverse effects.
- Respond to patient needs proactively and educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, and medications.
- Collaborate with medical providers and the care team to ensure compassionate and comprehensive care.
- Current RN licensure and Bachelors Degree.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
- Ability to deliver personalized, evidence-based care and advocate for patients.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional patient care by assessing, performing, teaching, and managing patient needs.
- Ensure thorough documentation and compliance with standards.
