- Developing and communicating individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
- Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, culture, and barriers.
- Active RN license; ADN, BSN, or MSN acceptable (ADNs must complete BSN agreement).
- 3 years of cardiac or critical care experience preferred.
- BLS/ACLS certification required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient education skills.
