The Physical Therapist provides objective assessments and develops comprehensive individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients, under the supervision of Therapy Leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise patients directly and oversee rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.
- Perform duties aligned with departmental policies, treatment standards, and organizational values.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
- Current or temporary Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
- BLS certification; current before independently caring for patients.
- Preferred experience of six months to one year, especially with adult and geriatric populations.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs regularly.
- Prolonged standing and walking during shifts.
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed.
