Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.
- Current RN license in the state or with compact licensure, meeting all licensing requirements.
- Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 pounds, and perform prolonged standing and walking.
- Proficient in gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
- BLS certification required; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, or unit-specific credentials may be necessary.
- Preferred experience, education, and certifications enhance suitability.
- Provide comprehensive patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Maintain patient safety, rights, and confidentiality.
- Evaluate care effectiveness and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Perform duties consistent with organizational mission, values, and standards.
