Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years recent ED RN experience.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
- Active RN license (Georgia or Compact).
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS; TNCC or ATCN preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, adaptability, teamwork, and ability to perform under pressure.
- Provide comprehensive emergency care and support.
- Administer treatments safely and accurately.
- Collaborate on patient care plans.
- Respond effectively to critical situations.
- Educate patients and document care precisely.
