- Monitor patient progress, refine therapy plans, and ensure accurate documentation of outcomes
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs, adaptive techniques, and safety practices for independence
- Collaborate across disciplines to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care and smooth recovery transitions
- Mentor therapy assistants or students, exemplifying professionalism and organizational values
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapists
- State licensure to practice physical therapy
- Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and ability to work flexible hours
