We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support student health and well-being.
Responsibilities include: managing the Health Services Office, administering medications and treatments, providing first aid, assisting with routine assessments, and supporting students with complex medical needs in classroom settings.
Qualifications: current LPN license (preferred), CPR certification, minimum of two years nursing experience, experience with students with multiple handicaps, and clerical/computer skills.
Key duties: maintaining confidentiality, communicating with staff and parents, completing health records, assisting the Licensed School Nurse, and ensuring proper documentation.
Physical demands: standing, walking, reaching, and light exertion.
