The role involves assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), monitoring vital signs, medication assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and providing companionship to promote mental well-being.

The role involves assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), monitoring vital signs, medication assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and providing companionship to promote mental well-being.
Responsibilities
- Support clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Observe and report changes in health or behavior
- Assist with memory care for clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s
- Use equipment like Hoyer lifts for safe transfers if needed
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care preferred
- Certifications: CNA, HHA, or PCA required
- First aid and CPR certification is highly desirable
- Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient-centered
- Ability to assist with mobility and physical tasks
- Part-time position with flexible morning start times between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM
