- Document treatment progress accurately within the EMR system, adhering to regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PTs, SLPs, and fitness specialists.
- Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on safety, function, and aging-in-place strategies.
- Utilize telehealth and virtual care to extend access and flexibility when appropriate.
- Valid Occupational Therapy license or eligibility in practice state(s).
- Degree from an accredited OT program.
- Proficiency in basic computer and EMR use.
- CPR certification and physical ability to perform in-home care tasks.
