MDS Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated MDS Nurse in Battle Creek, MI, to coordinate and complete the Resident Assessment Protocols (RAPs) and Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to ensure regulatory compliance and quality resident care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
• Document and update resident records accurately and timely.
• Educate staff on MDS processes and documentation requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of federal and state regulations related to MDS and resident assessments.
