- Collaborate closely with RNs and clinical leadership
- Follow established care plans and safety protocols
- Maintain safety with PPE and CDC guidelines
- Utilize support tools like employee portal and on-call clinical support
- Engage in training and continuing education opportunities
- Support patient safety and comfort, including G-tube, trach, or ventilator needs
- Active LVN license in the practice state
- Current BLS/CPR certification (in-person required)
- Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or ventilator care
- Dedication to patient-centered care
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to safety and safety protocols
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
