Responsibilities include
- Communicating care with concern, dignity, and respect for elders
- Promoting resident autonomy and decision-making
- Delivering high-quality, person-centered care
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
- Valid Ohio LPN license and CPR certification
- At least 6 months of direct care experience preferred, especially in long-term care
