We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, direct patient care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities Include

  • Implementing individualized treatment plans for residents
  • Supervising and evaluating CNAs
  • Overseeing Falls and Pressure Sore Programs
  • Providing nursing services and conducting medical evaluations
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Current, active state LPN license
  • Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation preferred
  • Compassionate, dedicated, and qualified
