We are seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support adults with developmental disabilities in residential programs.

- Providing medical treatment, first aid, emergency care, and medication administration under supervision
- Assisting Registered Nurses in coordinating healthcare services and maintaining accurate records
- Providing health education and hygiene support to individuals and families
- Managing communicable diseases and infection control measures
- Scheduling and following up on medical appointments, and assisting with examinations
- Transporting clients to appointments and attending team meetings
- Responding to medical questions and maintaining on-call availability
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- At least one year of community-based health service experience with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Current NY LPN license and registration
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to work at various program sites
