- Managing approximately 12 adult patients daily in a clinic setting
- Providing outpatient care with a focus on 70% oncology and 30% hematology cases, including benign conditions
- Collaborating with a team of 4 clinicians, 1 advanced practice provider, nurse navigators, schedulers, and pharmacy support
- Handling a 1:4 call rotation, including weeknights and weekends
- Maintaining prescriptive authority and coordinating patient care effectively
- Board certification in hematology/oncology
- Experience managing adult hematology and oncology patients
- Strong coordination and communication skills
