Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, install and fabricate parts, and operate mobile equipment. Maintain shop organization, assist in training team members, and ensure safety compliance.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum one year of truck mechanic experience, knowledge of truck mechanics, proficiency with tools and maintenance software, and ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Experience with concrete mixers and aggregate trucks is preferred.
Key Duties: Conduct inspections, troubleshoot systems, perform repairs, purchase parts, and provide on-site support. Must be capable of manual dexterity, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working outdoors in various weather conditions while following safety protocols.
