Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing efficient nursing care under RN supervision to improve patient and resident outcomes.

Responsibilities: Evaluate patient conditions, contribute to assessments and care plans, supervise unlicensed staff, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered.

Qualifications: Graduate of an approved vocational nursing program, licensed or pending licensure, with preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
