- Preferred 1 year of CT Technologist experience
- Completion of a JRCERT-accredited Radiology program
- Current ARRT certification in CT or Radiography with CT credentials
- BLS certification
- Experience with CT scanner operation, image transmission to PACS, and patient scheduling
- Participation in departmental on-call rotations
- Knowledge of RT and RQI compliance and departmental quality standards
- Proficiency with computers and imaging systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Operate CT scanners to acquire diagnostic images in compliance with regulations and scope of practice
- Review images for technical accuracy and quality
- Transmit images to PACS and document imaging electronically
- Participate in on-call rotations and departmental meetings
- Manage supplies and maintain compliance with training requirements
- Assist with patient scheduling and support departmental duties
- Shift patterns include nights, weekends, and call coverage in a 7 on / 7 off rotation
