Cardiac Sonographer - PRN

Role Overview: The Sonographer operates ultrasound imaging equipment and software to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound procedures with technical proficiency and attention to detail.
• Maintain proper machine operation, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals to deliver optimal care.
• Adjust protocols based on patient needs and imaging requirements.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited Sonography program with clinical experience.
• Possession of relevant state licensure and certifications such as ARDMS, ARRT, or CCI.
• Preferred vascular experience and knowledge of protocols.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow complex instructions, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing and walking, and perform physical movements like bending, kneeling, and reaching.
