Responsibilities
- Lead operational and technical functions of the Echo Lab, supporting staff and workflow management
- Perform echocardiography and vascular studies, ensuring adherence to protocols
- Maintain accreditation standards, quality control, and participate in performance improvement initiatives
- Mentor staff, train new hires, and support educational programs
- Collaborate with leadership on staffing, performance evaluations, and departmental planning
- Minimum of 2 years in echocardiography/cardiology
- ARTR Echo Tech certification and BLS through AHA
- Associate's degree required
- Skills in IV access, contrast administration, and non-invasive studies
