- Support daily lab operations, manage staffing, and monitor department utilization.
- Perform echocardiography and vascular studies, including IV access and contrast administration.
- Ensure equipment maintenance, supplies management, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Mentor staff, train new hires, and promote continuous education and competency validation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accreditation standards.
- Assist with performance evaluations, staff development, and fostering effective communication.
- Support departmental planning, budgeting, and workflow optimization.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in echocardiography or cardiology.
- Ability to perform all non-invasive echo and vascular studies, including IV procedures.
- ARRT Echo Certification and BLS certification required.
- Associate's degree required.
