- Manage authorizations for psychiatric and chemical dependency patients
- Support the Utilization Management team to ensure proper case handling
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and stakeholders
- Ensure accurate documentation and communication of patient information
- California license in behavioral health or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in mental health care
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health services and authorization processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite at least one day per week, with potential for partial remote work
