We are hiring energetic, dependable, and friendly team members to join our staff for the Houston Pumpkin Festival at Discovery Green!
This is a fast-paced outdoor event, and we’re looking for people who enjoy working with the public, being part of a team, and creating a fun experience for families and guests.
Positions & Responsibilities
Team members may be assigned to different areas throughout the festival, including:
- Guest services and ticketing
- Attraction and ride operations
- Concessions and food service
- Line and crowd management
- Festival grounds and general operations
- Setup, cleanup, and maintaining assigned areas
- Assisting guests with questions and directions
What We're Looking For
- Must be dependable and arrive on time for scheduled shifts
- Friendly and professional with guests
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Able to work outdoors for extended periods
- Able to stand and walk for most of the shift
- Willing to learn and rotate between different festival positions when needed
- Must follow all safety and operating procedures
- Weekend availability is strongly preferred
Festival Hours
Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Friday–Sunday: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Schedules will vary based on availability and operational needs. Applicants with strong weekend and evening availability will receive priority consideration.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
