Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation across various residential spaces.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded.
- Must have 1 years of professional residential cleaning experience. Must have your own reliable personal transportation and smart phone
- Must provide your own professional-grade cleaning equipment & supplies.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and pride in your work.
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to keep surfaces spotless and well-maintained.
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or appliances safely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with services rendered.
- Use janitorial and custodial experience to operate cleaning equipment properly while adhering to safety protocols.
- Apply outdoor work experience when cleaning patios, decks, or exterior windows as needed.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled windows without compromising quality.
Experience
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, with familiarity in cleaning surfaces, floors, carpets, and upholstery.
- Knowledge of cleaning detergents, sanitization techniques, and janitorial equipment operation.
- Prior experience with commercial or custodial cleaning is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific procedures.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks involving outdoor work or large items.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their expectations and feedback.
- Experience in housekeeper management or supervising cleaning teams is a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness across multiple residences.
- Atleast 2 References required and photos of previous work
