What are the responsibilities and job description for the Window Tint Installer position at Aura Auto Styling LLC?
We’re hiring a window tint installer to help increase production capacity and maintain top tear quality for our shop. You will be responsible for completing 3-4 cars per day at a level that meets or exceeds quality standards
You will be a part of the first shop in this brand that will be taken nationwide. You’ll work with others who all hold themselves to a high standard and strive to improve and get better everyday. This role is build for someone who performs quality window tint installations, moves fast, and wants to learn and grow with our team.
Responsibilities
Complete 3-4 window tint installs per day
Meet or exceed quality standards without constant supervision
Perform quality control during & after all installs
Keep bays clean and organized
Use material efficiently
Show up on time, maintain consistent output, keep high energy with the team
Requirements
1 years of experience with window tint
Reliable, detail oriented, and able to self manage
A growth mindset and attitude that aligns with our culture
Results
Deliver 3-4 customer cars per day
Increase install efficiency by finding and fixing weak points
Maintain a clean and organized shop

Compensation
$4,000-$6,000 USD monthly
The salary range is inclusive of several levels that are applicable to this position. Final salary will be based on several factors such as experience, skills, and expertise.
