Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions and assisting with restaurant takeout/delivery orders. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage cash handling and credit cards will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using the POS system.

- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers is a plus.
- Ability to perform product demos and upsell items effectively.
