Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
- Ensure customer satisfaction by attending to their needs throughout their dining experience
- Process payments using cash registers or POS systems
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant is required
- Knowledge of food preparation, sales, and basic math skills
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding high standards of service
