With multiple clinic locations in Canton and surrounding areas, AultWorks specializes in injury care, worksite health services, pre-placement exams, and return-to-work programs.
We are seeking a Clinic Occupational Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to provide direct care in occupational medicine, working both in our AultWorks clinics and on-site at company locations. The APP will collaborate with our Occupational Medicine physician team, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care while supporting employees and employers throughout the region.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver clinical occupational medicine services and injury care for employers and their employees.
- Conduct pre-placement health assessments, acute and chronic injury/illness management, and return-to-work evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation guidelines.
- Collaborate with clinical staff and employers to promote safe and timely return-to-work initiatives.
- Provide services across AultWorks’ multiple clinics and at company on-site locations.
- Maintain open communication with employers and coordinate referrals (PT, diagnostics, specialists) as needed.
Position Highlights/Requirements:
- Full-time, clinic-based, employed position within Aultman Health System
- Work-life balance: Primarily Monday–Friday daytime hours (no weekends or holidays, occasional seasonal evening hours).
- Licensed to practice as either an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Ohio.
- Valid Ohio driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple sites.
- Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in Occupational Medicine, Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine, or Family/Internal Medicine preferred.
