Duties And Responsibilities
As a Financial Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for performing various budget functions involving the formulation, justification, and/or execution of budgets for organizations, programs, or projects. Additionally, you will:
- Design, configure, and implement financial systems that meet business requirements and comply with regulations.
- Ensure that all financial data is accurate and up-to-date within systems of record.
- Develop financial reports and dashboards that provide insights to senior management.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information and requirements needed for system design and maintenance.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of financial systems and reporting tools.

- Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
- High school diploma and 10 years of relevant experience, or
- Associates degree and seven years of relevant experience, or
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience, or
- Masters's degree in a related field and no experience
- Must have a working knowledge in the application of related laws, regulations, policies, precedents, methods and techniques of budgeting.
- Must be proficient in General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
- Must be proficient in Logistics Modernization Programs (LMP)
- Must be proficient in Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT) and Comprehensive Cost and Requirement (CCaR).
- Must have experience in working reimbursable MIPRs, sales orders, and Functional Support Agreements (FSAs).
