- This position is contingent upon ACI’s successful award of the associated government contract.

Duties And Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the planning and execution administrative and clerical tasks, as well as supporting office operations, finance, and management functions. Additionally, you will:
- Manages the principals' calendars to include coordinating and scheduling meetings and events.
- Coordinates and completes travel arrangements (Defense Travel System-DTS).
- Prepares correspondence to include Star and SES notes and certificates of appreciation.
- Receives and reviews read-ahead packages and other documentation for PEO and SES.
- Ensures all correspondence is in accordance with AR 25-50 prior to signature.
- Provides support for ceremonies, conferences, meetings, visits, and office calls.
- Maintains all records and security requests.

- High school diploma and 12 years of relevant experience supporting a Flag Officer or SES equivalent, or
- Associates degree and 10 years of relevant experience supporting a Flag Officer or SES equivalent, or
- Bachelor's degree in a related field six years of relevant experience supporting a Flag Officer or SES equivalent, or
- Masters's degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience supporting a Flag Officer or SES equivalent
- Working knowledge of AR 25-50
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of Products
