The nature of work requires an ability to operate standard business equipment. Sitting for long periods of
time; up to 8 hours of computer and/or phone work daily.
WORKING CONDITIONS
This is a remote position and does not require previous Registrar Office experience but does require higher education experience in relevant areas such as financial aid, student services, career services or student accounts.

Compensation And Benefits
The expected hourly range for this role is between $25 - 27/hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Responses to Salesforce to cases by email and phone (Ring DNA);
- Assign Salesforce cases to other Registrar team members or other departments as appropriate;
- Responsible for Registrar's phone queue and answering or directing questions as appropriate;
- Conduct unofficial transcript evaluations for student transferring from another institution;
- Fulfill student requests for enrollment verifications and transcripts;
- Conduct document uploads to support the Registrar’s Office;
- Other duties will be assigned in support of the Registrar's Office.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
