Located on an expansive 8-1/2 acre facility, we provide comprehensive camper repairs and storage solutions to keep our customers on the road and enjoying their adventures.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Accountant to join our team! In this vital role, you will manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support our financial operations. Your expertise will help maintain accurate financial reporting and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently using accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Conduct bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Perform journal entries, double-entry bookkeeping, and account analysis to maintain precise financial records
- Reconcile balance sheets and perform cash flow analysis to monitor financial health
- Proven experience in corporate accounting, public accounting, or non-profit accounting environments
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance (Sarbanes-Oxley Act), and technical accounting principles
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft or similar platforms
- Experience with financial report writing, interpretation of financial statements, and auditing procedures
- Excellent analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial concepts including accrual accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
