What You’ll Do:
- Distribute door hangers to targeted neighborhoods
- Follow mapped routes to ensure full coverage
- Avoid homes that are already customers (we provide a list/map)
- Track progress and completion daily (simple system)
- Represent our company in a professional manner
Compensation:
- $35 per 100 Door Hangers. (Most able bodied people can distribute around 80-100 per hour)
- Potential for ongoing work on our Lawn Care Team if consistent and reliable
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and honest (this is HUGE)
- Able to walk several miles per day
- Detail-oriented (no skipping houses)
- Has a smartphone (for maps/tracking)
- Self-driven — no micromanaging
- Prior experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Distribute door hangers and promotional materials to targeted neighborhoods to increase brand visibility
- Engage with residents courteously, answer basic questions, and promote our services effectively
- Conduct canvassing campaigns to identify potential customers and gather feedback on community needs
- Maintain accurate records of distribution areas and completed deliveries
- Represent the company professionally during all interactions, demonstrating excellent communication skills
- Support marketing initiatives by providing insights from community interactions and feedback

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining enthusiasm and professionalism
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for timely route completion
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
