- Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique needs, fostering a safe and supportive environment for growth and healing.
- Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to identify presenting issues and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address a wide range of mental health concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for our clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in the mental health field through continuous education and professional development.
- Valid and current Maryland state license as an LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSWC
- Proven experience providing individual and group counseling to diverse populations.
