As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist , you will have the unique chance to work with children, adolescents, and adults, helping them navigate their mental health journey through individual and group counseling sessions.

Job Title: Child and Adolescent Mental Health Therapist

Job Location: In-Person, onsite Tuesday & Wednesday

4pm-7pm availability

Job Type: Contractor

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique needs, fostering a safe and supportive environment for growth and healing.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, encouraging clients to connect and support each other on their mental health journey.
• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to identify presenting issues and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address a wide range of mental health concerns effectively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for our clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in the mental health field through continuous education and professional development.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Valid and current Maryland state license as an LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C.
• Proven experience providing individual and group counseling to diverse populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish a strong therapeutic alliance with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
• Passion for making a positive impact on the mental well-being of others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team, contributing to a positive and supportive clinic culture.
• Cultural sensitivity and an inclusive approach to therapy to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
