Job Summary
Must be bilingual English/Spanish (fluent)
Must have proven customer service experience and advanced computer skills
Computer, phone, Word/Excel, email, dispatching and problem solving. Bilingual.
Provides clerical and administrative support to departmental managers and assists in coordinating daily operations. Responsibilities include data entry, reporting, and communication across teams, employees, and customers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and operational issues.
Create, distribute, and close out customer tickets daily.
Maintain and distribute department-related information and records.
Communicate with supervisors, managers, and dispatch regarding operational issues.
Complete and maintain reports as directed by management.
Use software tools for procurement, time/attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor tracking.
Support data collection and reporting for incentive pay programs.
Assist with financial processes, including payments and expense tracking.
Contribute to implementation of operational projects.
Communicate with customers regarding service issues, and with employees regarding schedules and work assignments.
Enter and maintain Service Machine SMART data daily (as required).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Qualifications
Education & Experience
Required: High School Diploma or GED, and 0–3 years of relevant experience.
Preferred: High School Diploma or GED plus additional/specialized training, and 0–4 years of relevant experience.
Certificates & Licenses
None required.
Skills & Abilities
Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
Frequent use of motor coordination and finger dexterity (e.g., typing, software use).
Rarely required to lift objects under 30 lbs.
Rare exposure to occupational risks (chemicals, cuts, burns, etc.).
Rare exposure to environmental conditions (dirt, odors, noise, weather).
Primary work setting: office environment.
What You Bring to the Table

Experience: 1 year of administrative, customer service, or office support experience.

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and/or route management systems.
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, high-traffic office environment.

- Requirements:
